Britain still does ceremony well! To see our bearskin hatted guardsmen standing ramrod straight in 35+degrees heat was most impressive. His Excellency Paul Brummell had invited numerous NGOs to raise the profile of the work done by British Charities in Romania. Libra was amongst 36 organisations to present their work. Our emphasis was the successful development of the Occupational Therapy Profession. One of the challenges was "how long can you spin a fidget spinner for"? We were delighted to have Andrei Stupu with us as an example of a beneficiary, who has come through as a volunteer and now regularly helps us promote Libra's message at these high level events with considerable aplomb.Jun 17th
